Cancellation Policy
My Cancellation Policy
Any chemical service costing more than $50-$100 requires a non-refundable retainer fee.
Clients must call to reschedule the appointment in a 48hr notice to avoid forfeiting their retainer fee, which is between $50 and $100.
A no-show for the original appointment will also result in the loss of the retainer fee.
