-My Color Cancellation Policy Any chemical service costing more than $50-$100 requires a non-refundable retainer fee. Clients must call to reschedule the appointment in a 48hr notice to avoid forfeiting their retainer fee, which is between $50 and $100. A no-show for the original appointment will also result in the loss of the retainer fee. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let me know. - My Late and No-Show Policy for Salon All Services Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a 35% late fee will be applied to the service price. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice (at least 48 hours), a 60% fee will be charged for the missed service.
